Seiko Premier Quartz, case 6N76-00D0 – two-level white dial with applied bar markers and a printed Roman chapter ring, date, sapphire crystal, on its integrated steel bracelet with Seiko-signed folding clasp. PLEASE NOTE: the caseback is marked WATER RESISTANT 10 BAR, but the gaskets are original and have not been tested or replaced, so the water resistance is not guaranteed and the watch should be kept away from water. The battery age is unknown. The push-button folding clasp has widespread scratches and hairlines across its cover; this is the main cosmetic flaw on the watch. The serial number 450267 indicates May of a year ending in 4, which makes 2004 the most likely date of manufacture, although 2014 cannot be ruled out from the serial alone; the lot is therefore listed as 2000s. The dial is built in two levels: a flat white outer chapter ring printed with black Roman numerals and a minute scale, and a slightly recessed centre in a very pale silver-white with a circular satin finish and a further stepped circle in the middle. Applied polished bar markers with a fine vertical guilloché sit at all twelve positions, the SEIKO logo is applied rather than printed, and "Premier" appears in script above 6. The crystal is sapphire, confirmed by the caseback engraving, and the case carries an integrated steel bracelet on a Seiko-signed push-button folding clasp. The seconds hand was checked against the timestamps of four photographs and is running correctly. No spots, stains, discolouration or lifting of the markers was found under magnification, and the printing is crisp throughout. - Crystal: clean. No scratches, chips or cracks were found. - Hands: straight and clean, with no corrosion. - Case: light hairlines over the case and bezel from normal wear; no dents found. - Crown: cylindrical with vertical knurling, intact, with no chips or deformation. - Bracelet and clasp: no rust and no broken or missing links. The clasp cover has widespread scratches and hairlines. Stretch could not be assessed from the photographs. Working order The watch is running as pictured; the seconds hand was checked against the timestamps of four separate photographs and advances correctly. Timekeeping accuracy and water resistance have not been tested with professional equipment. Please consider this a used watch that may require servicing at some point.
