The armchair was purchased in 2010 as a second-hand item, but it was in excellent (like-new) condition—only two years old at the time. It remains in very good condition today. There are just two small stains on the fabric, which can be cleaned. The fabric cover can be removed and washed. The armchair has not been used often, and for the last two years, it has not been used at all. The swivel mechanism works well, and the armchair is very comfortable to sit in.
