Splendid wooden slipcase,, outer box and Parker converter included. The Check Collection was created in 2005 to launch the newly branded Ace Duofold. It was a stunning new geometric pattern and produced in three two-tone check finishes in amber/hazel, olive/grey and blue/marine. The vivid material was crafted from squares of different colour pearl acrylic seamlessly joined together, by diffusion bonding, with solid black coloured squares. The check pattern is harmonious and yet wholly unique with subtle colour variations. The appearance is reminiscent of the multicoloured laminates used in the 1930s.
