Olympus PEN EE-3 – More Moments on Film, Renewed in Warm Tan A walk through an old town, a quiet afternoon outdoors, or an unexpected detail on your travels: the Olympus PEN EE-3 offers a straightforward way to preserve these moments on film. This Japanese half-frame camera combines compact proportions with a fixed-focus D.Zuiko 28mm f/3.5 lens and automatic exposure, making it attractive to newcomers to analogue photography and experienced photographers seeking a simple everyday companion. The half-frame format allows approximately twice as many exposures as a conventional full-frame 35mm camera using the same roll. It invites you to try different compositions, create pairs of related images, and tell a longer visual story without changing film as frequently. This example has been given a fresh appearance with a newly fitted tan textured body covering. Its warm colour contrasts with the silver-coloured body, offering a distinctive alternative to the usual dark finish. The exposure meter, shutter, aperture blades and frame counter operate properly. Minor surface wear remains on the body, with dust in the viewfinder and lens. Please note that the replacement covering is an exterior update, not a claim of complete restoration.
