賣家描述
attributed to Wilhelm Kralik Söhne – Floriform Art Nouveau Glass Vase – Bohemia, ca. 1900
Beschrijving
A striking floriform Art Nouveau art-glass vase, most likely produced in Bohemia circa 1900–1915 and attributed to Wilhelm Kralik Söhne.
This mouth-blown vase has an elegant, elongated organic form. The opalescent white body contains irregular decorative inclusions in orange, pale blue and turquoise. It rises into a spectacular hand-shaped floral opening with a deeply ruffled green rim. The body rests on a dark-green knopped stem and a broad circular green foot.
The organic silhouette, opalescent glass and applied green elements show close similarities to documented floriform glass produced by Wilhelm Kralik Söhne around 1900. The vase is unsigned and no original paper label remains; the attribution to Kralik is therefore presented as probable rather than definitive.
The underside displays a rough pontil scar, while small bubbles and natural irregularities in the glass testify to its traditional handmade production.
