This is Jintaro Yura‘s Pinot Blanc from 2022. If you haven’t tried his wines yet, they are a bit more reductive and speak from the young winemakers in Alsace. Still, this does have some sulfur and is a stable wine. The Mainbey is in my Cellar since release, really fresh interpretation that still has acidity left and has matured perfectly. The Gris de Midi is a rare wine Yvonne Metras. Easy drinking white wine (Blanc de noirs) with some depth.
