A fine old 4/4 violin bow made in appr. 1900. The bow is stamped "Lamy a Paris" on stick. Appr. 73,8 cm, 60 g. Round stick made of nicely figured pernambuco wood, golden brown color, and is powerful but elastic. The frog of ebony with a Parisian eye, the adjuster double ringed. Silver mounted. Very good condition with no cracks. The stick is straight. The bow produces a very sweet and powerful tone.
