Untouched for decades: an American dealers lot with thousands of older stamps in envelopes, antique stockbooks, metal and cartboard boxes. Quality will be mixed for sure, but i have not taken one stamp out and finds, especially regarding perforations and or watermarks in the many thousands of Franklin and Washington stamps from the beginnings of the nineteenhundreds, could be plentyful.
