Emmanuel Rouge acquired his holdings gradually after he started working for his uncle and legendary producer, Henri Jayer in 1976. Initially, he leased the vineyards and, by 2001, all of his uncle's vineyards had been handed over to him. Made from a combination of Au Chouillet, Aux Lavières, and Aux Argillats. Rustic, earthy, and muscular with rich fruit. Easterly/South-Easterly aspect with pebble, clay, limestone soils.
