Long ageing in magnum on lees with late disgorgement. Malolactic fermentation was carried out on all available vintages. The wine is not filtered in order to preserve its natural qualities. On the nose, a universe of roasted aromas dominates (toasty, grilled). On the palate, we find a beautiful freshness with roasted notes and hints of coffee, a grilled character that prolongs the finish.
