This piece features a long flared neck with a bulbous lower body, set on a clear circular foot. The crystal is cased blue over clear, with a refined optic mould pattern that beautifully catches the light.
During this period, Val Saint Lambert produced a limited range of optic vases in bold overlay colours such as cobalt, emerald, ruby, and amethyst. This cobalt example is a fine and rare survivor from that collection.
