Rare! Japanese traditional hand carved wooden Noh mask - Buaku武悪, finely carved with a comical and timid appearance, made by 繁自家木 in 1995(Heisei.7) which record on the backside. Buaku is an Un-shaped demon mask, equivalent to the Daibeshimi Noh mask. It is used for roles that represent demons of hell. It resembles the face of an ogre, but its straight upper teeth, swollen eyelids, and large, drooping eyes give it a comical and timid appearance. It is used to represent demons and Enma.
