Bottled by the St. Raphaël company, it is the iconic quinquina-based aperitif. The St. Raphaël company presents Saint Gilles rum as an amber rum, refined, warm, and deliciously aromatic. It is described as a great rum, equally suited to sipping, cocktails, or cooking. This bottle is worth savoring for its historical significance. The production methods for rum in the French West Indies were quite different in the 1970s and 80s. This rum is also a true testament to the rums that were being made 50 years ago.
