A rare silver ornament depicting a tiger hunting from the ancient Western Asiatic, Scythian culture, First Millennium BC. In good condition. It has been cleaned partly, but the nice antique patina is preserved. Trace of use and age on its surface. Purchased mid 90's in Paris by Dr. Zelnik from the collection of a Royal Family.
