The nose, very clear, reveals roasted notes of coffee and licorice, supported by a delicate woodiness evoking walnut. On the palate, the attack is vinous and creamy, carried by a light alcohol which allows the frank flavors of the grain to fully express themselves. The finish seduces with its balance between rancio, spices and Jura character, for a whiskey with a profile that is as bold as it is harmonious.
A distinguished and refined single malt, enhanced by aging in vin jaune barrels.
