Handmade Japanese Hagi ware flower vase with a white crawling glaze.
The glaze naturally shrinks during firing, revealing the warm reddish Hagi clay beneath. This creates a unique textured surface and fine crackles (kannyu), characteristic of traditional Hagi-yaki.
Excellent condition.
