The lacquer shows the deep, smooth finish typical of the brand’s early models. The base features a low, early-style serial number (015864) — during this production period Rothschild used purely numerical serials without letter prefixes, which is consistent with this piece. The lighter is in very good working condition, producing a steady and strong flame (see photos). Comes with its original Rothschild presentation box, which is rarely found. A fine and collectible vintage lighter from a sought-after Swiss manufacturer.
