A natural banded agate bead talisman from the ancient Mesopotamian culture. Second Millennium AD or older . In good condition. It has been cleaned and repolished , but the nice antique patina is preserved. Original, ancient, hand cutting, carving, grinding and boring. Traces of use and age on its surface.
