Grapes taken from a selection of Provence terroirs, and including some of the winery`s own plots, Minuty Prestige is a truly excellent example of what Provence rose hopes to acheive. Elegant, crisp and showing great finesse, the nose shows typicity with vibrant red berries, garrigue and apricot. Further fruit character and earthy notes on the palate are complimented by the wine`s pronounced minerality to draw out a lingering finish. Bottles in perfect conditions.
