The current print was printed in the Showa period (1926 - 1989). The measurements of the image itself (excluding the margins) are 23.6 x 35.4 cm. Shoda Koho (庄田耕峯, ca. 1871-1946) was a Japanese artist associated with the shin-hanga (“New Prints”) art movement in Japan during the early 20th century. His prints are widely sought after by collectors. The print is in good state. It was print on darker paper then usual, to replicate the atmosphere of an aged print. Will be shipped with great care in sturdy packaging to prevent folding.
