Vinification, fermentation and ageing:
In stainless steel containers and vitrified cement tanks at a controlled temperature using cooling jackets and immersion plates.
Ageing:
In oak barrels for an extended period, followed by further ageing in the bottle.
Colour:
Ruby red tending towards garnet.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Notes of red berries are enveloped by a slight spiciness; the taste is warm, fairly smooth and very balanced. A full-bodied wine with moderately pronounced tannins and a long finish.
Technical notes:
The bottles are protected by an anti-counterfeiting hologram on the cap.
