Seit 2010 verfügen wir über eine Teppichwäscherei in Herford mit dem Firmenamen ''Profi Teppichreinigung''. Seller communication was almost impossible. I paid extra for cleaning, but the carpet arrived smelly with five visible stains. I doubt it was cleaned and filed a complaint with Catawiki.

I'm very dissatisfied! The packaging was torn and dirty. The rug was dirty and had a very unpleasant odor. The delivery arrived after I had complained and asked for a refund.
