About the artist...

Quiona Ribes is a contemporary urban artist born in Spain in 1987. It was in Valencia that her interest in urban art was born and she conducts pictorial experiments inspired by street art and painters from the late 20th century. This is how she begins to develop her own style.
Subsequently she moves to Barcelona to continue her architecture studies, but a year later she decides to lay aside the profession of architect and thus study Applied Arts to the Wall and later earn a degree in Art History.

Her initially impressionist work now offers a singular and attractive vision where she usually uses a poetic language related to current events, art history and graffiti. She is known for her works created with the urban stencil technique and began to be inspired by artists on the scene such as Banksy, Martin Whatson, Keith Haring, 1UP, Pichiavo, Okuda, Mr.Brainwash, Vhils and others classics like Leonardo da Vinci, El Greco or Velázquez.
In recent years she has focused on urban art which has allowed her to become today one of the leading women in the sector.
