With good body and just the right amount of acidity, its flavor is full, enveloping, and persistent. Barbera d'Alba Pulin pairs perfectly with savory first courses, cured meats, meat-based main courses, and cheeses. It is also a wine that lends itself well to long aging. Fermentation in steel and oak barrels and aging 10-12 months in oak barrels and 2 months in bottle.
