A thousand iridescent colors gather to form her face, trembling between tenderness and fire. She leans close to the wild creature beside her, as if it were both her protector and her curse. The beast bares its teeth — restless and almost tearful — guarding what it believes is its own. Yet her eyes drift somewhere far away, searching for something softer, something human. Is she longing for love, or simply wondering what it might feel like to be free of the wild heart that chose her? Hang this painting and decide for yourself.
