Design and made in Denmark by Studio Yann Gandon - designer and woodworker
Add a touch of modern elegance to your space with this accent piece made from solid walnut wood.
Inspired by the natural beauty in Queenstown New Zealand, we have approached this sublime subject matter from a humble and conscious perspective. Designed and handcrafted in Denmark, the Wanaka table with exposed bridle joints, is made out of walnut. The brass supports nestled between the top and support speak to mid-century profiles but with a keen sense of twenty-first-century priorities.
The Wanaka Collection has been featured in architectural publications and showcased in design programs such as Never Too Small.
Combining a clean, contemporary silhouette with the warmth and character of solid walnut, this piece is made with attention to detail from start to finish. Each item is crafted by hand with precise workmanship to ensure durability and a refined finish.
The surface is treated with high-quality furniture oil, giving it a smooth touch and a natural, understated sheen.
Please note: As each piece is handmade from natural wood, slight variations from the image in colour and grain will occur. These subtle differences highlight the individuality of each item and are part of its crafted character.
Each piece is individually signed with its place of manufacture and the date it was made.
Type: coffee table
Materials: Solid Walnut and brass
