Vintage Masudaya “Robby the Robot” wind-up toy, made in Japan. This is part of the Masudaya Collection and includes the robot, original box, and original pamphlet. The robot is in near-mint condition with almost no scratches or stains and operates correctly using a spring-driven walking mechanism. The box shows age-related damage, as visible in the photos, while the pamphlet is clean with no folds or stains. A highly collectible Japanese vintage robot inspired by classic 1950s sci-fi design.
