Square plate in porcelain Bisquit with a motif in relief by Bertel Thorvaldsen (1770-1844) depicting “The Ages of Love”. Psyche hands out cupids, symbolizing love. Here different people's reactions to the gift - For example, the old man who cannot reach his cupid and the young woman who worships her cupid (love). Produced by the Danish sculptor around 1825 in Rome. This relief was produced at the Danish porcelain factory Royal Copenhagen between 1870-1890. Factory mark with the well-known three blue waves on the back. Appears in good condition. Dimensions: 1.5 cm deep, 12.3 cm high, 30.5 cm long
