I am offering for sale an antique Yomud Ensi carpet 1880. This is an excellent antique Ensi carpet. The crossbar is very low on the field, which adds to the overall asymmetry of the piece. The carpet contains a blue wave line, which is very rare, if not unique. All the colors are very vibrant, wonderful. Another interesting thing is the outer border treatment. It changes completely above the top element. But the rarest thing is the field. This is a unique and unpublished design. The edges are beautifully finished with a red and blue checkered pattern. The border at the bottom end is complemented by an interesting double brown line. This is also rare. The carpet is a collector's piece, in original condition, with a small repair in one place.
