This lot is an unused Japanese kitchen knife set of three (和包丁3本セット) designed by Takaaki Nakamura (中村孝明), model NK-8601. The set includes a Small Deba knife, an All-Purpose knife, and a Sashimi knife, suitable for fish preparation, general cooking, and sashimi slicing. The knives feature stainless steel blades with traditional wooden handles and are presented in the original box. Although the set is unused, the outer box shows signs of long-term storage such as light scratches. The knives themselves remain unused and wrapped. Dimensions are approximate.
