This lot features a Japanese kitchen knife set by Noshu Magoroku (濃州孫六), consisting of three different knives for everyday cooking use. The set includes a Santoku-style knife, a smaller utility (petty) knife, and a serrated bread knife. All knives have steel blades with wooden handles, presented in their original box labeled 御料理包丁 (Oryōri Bōchō, “cooking knives”). Based on appearance, the knives seem unused, but they have not been tested, as the seller does not have experience using them. The original box has dirt, stains, and signs of storage, which are clearly visible in the photos. The knives themselves may also show very minor storage marks. This is an estate-style or home-storage item and has been described to the best of the seller’s ability. The three knives are of varying sizes, as shown in the photos.
