They are both in good condition with minor wear and tear, but no dents, warping or other defects. They are designed to be mounted on a ceiling box, which is only included with one of them. They can be mounted without it, but we recommend that you purchase a ceiling mounting box for the last lamp as well (they can be purchased online). Sold without bulbs (has a standard E26/E27 socket).
