A stripped-down, no-nonsense Les Paul in Very Good condition, showing light cosmetic wear consistent with age and use. Fitted with the factory Gibson 490R (neck) and 498T (bridge) humbuckers, this Studio delivers warm, full neck tones and a hotter, more aggressive bridge sound with plenty of output and sustain. Hardware is original, including the Tune-o-matic bridge, stopbar tailpiece, Grover tuners, and plastics. Electronics remain unmodified with original Gibson pots, switch, and wiring. The guitar has been professionally set up by our in-house luthiers and plays cleanly across the neck. The neck is straight, the truss rod functions correctly, and there are no structural issues or repairs. Construction follows the classic Les Paul formula: a mahogany body with a maple top, a set mahogany neck, and a rosewood fretboard with dot inlays. The dot inlays are less commonly seen on Studios from this period, as most late-’90s and early-2000s examples feature trapezoid inlays, giving this guitar a cleaner, more understated look.
