Large, hand-formed glass shades are placed irregularly, evoking the motion of a wave. Beneath them float smaller cobalt glass pieces – fractured, weightless, seemingly drawn toward the shades above. These shards subtly sway with air movement, becoming a visual counterpoint to the smooth, solid forms of the shades. Every detail is crafted with the precision characteristic of Gie El. Braided cobalt cords and a matching canopy complete the look, emphasising the fullness and depth of the colour.
