Beautiful and finely detailed hand-carved Balinese devotional figure, executed with an elaborate ceremonial crown, layered jewellery, and a stylised lotus base. The deity is shown with palms joined in a ritual gesture, holding a small stylised floral or leaf offering between the hands. Carved from a single piece of hardwood, the sculpture displays visible natural grain, heartwood markings, and a warm aged patina. The serene facial expression and balanced proportions reflect traditional Balinese temple carving, created to convey spiritual calm and ritual dignity. The underside bears an incised inscription reading "W. BALIK - MAS" (see photographs), indicating workshop production or marking.
