A fantastic Swedish Art Deco serving bowl, produced in the Swedish Grace period (c. 1920s–1940s) by GAB (Guldsmedsaktiebolaget) that was active between 1867, and 1964 in Stockholm, Sweden. ​The bowl is made of brass and features a gold-washed interior, designed to prevent corrosion and add a luxurious contrast. The exterior is made in a classic Art Deco relief pattern with rhythmic vertical fluting. Itcomes with its original glass insert, which features a scalloped and notched rim. ​Originally intended as a high-end centerpiece for serving fruits, bonbons, side dishes, or desserts, it is big and unique. ​Dimensions: Height: 8.7 cm Diameter: 20.5 cm ​Total Weight: 981 g ​ Condition: ​The item is in great vintage condition with a beautiful patina.
