Your item will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping is handled by Japan Post, and delivery typically takes 10–20 days, depending on the destination.
The item will be securely packed with bubble wrap and shipped with great care.
A tracking number will be provided once the item has been dispatched.
Please note that import duties, VAT, and customs handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
According to Catawiki’s policy, these costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns or cancellations due to customs issues or refusal to accept delivery will not be accepted.

International deliveries to Italy may take longer than to other EU countries due to customs clearance and local postal procedures.
For Italy, EMS shipping is used, which results in a higher shipping cost.
