Jeremy Harvey – ‘Hello There’ Chair for Artifort, 1979 (early edition) An iconic and playful design by Jeremy Harvey for Artifort, originally designed in 1979. Although the model was reissued in 2011, this example is an early edition. The chair is made of cast aluminium with a black coating, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The distinctive cut-out “Hello There” typography in both the backrest and seat gives the chair its unmistakable character and sculptural presence.
