Hardcover on original publisher green buckram boards, gilt lettering & black rule to spine, black lettering & rule to front board, printed eps, frontispiece, plates,illustrations and folding maps.

Boards have slight edge wear with corner bumping. Noticeable sunning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends in good condition.
Internally, half title tipped in, portrait frontis, pages are moderately tanned with some foxing throughout.
