Almery is a fascinating piece of horological history for Portuguese collectors. Although it was based in Portugal, it leaned entirely on Swiss production to ensure watches met high standards. This diver features a racing-inspired dial that stands out in a sea of black divers. The dial features a distinct checkered minute track and aged tritium markers that have developed a thick, sandy patina. It’s loud, sporty, and it perfectly captures the experimental design language of the late 1960s and early 70s. Condition: Honest vintage condition.
