ABOUT THE ARTWORK
“Le Renard” is a tribute to intelligence, adaptability and silent observation — qualities embodied by this iconic animal.
Here, the fox emerges from a vibrant, textured background where warm yellows collide with cooler turquoise tones. This chromatic tension creates a dynamic atmosphere, reinforcing the dual nature of the fox: both discreet and striking, wild yet calculated.
In the background, subtle architectural elements appear, evoking a distant village. This detail creates a narrative layer — the fox as a silent observer between nature and human territory, navigating both worlds with ease.
The composition focuses on the gaze. Sharp, attentive, almost strategic. It draws the viewer in and creates an immediate emotional connection.
The artwork is created using my signature double-layer stencil technique. Each stencil is digitally designed, then entirely hand-cut before being applied with spray paint and acrylic. The background is built instinctively, using textures and gestures that ensure every piece remains unique.
Even when I reuse a stencil, no two artworks are ever identical — each background tells a different story.
