Dial and Hands

It is adorned with applied gold-tone faceted baton indices, which are elegantly doubled at the primary hours of twelve, three, six, and nine to provide perfect visual balance. The dial furniture includes the sweeping cursive Seiko Cronos script and the Diashock 21 jewels text, positioned precisely above a delicate applied star emblem. The gold-tone dauphine hands are sharply faceted and remain in wonderful condition. A close visual inspection reveals an exceptionally well-preserved surface, free from distracting spots, stains, moisture marks, or print loss, presenting a remarkably clean and fresh appearance that is highly desirable for a vintage dress watch of this era.

Case and Crystal
The stainless steel case measures a classic dress proportion and retains sharp, well-defined lines throughout its profile. The straight, elegant lugs exhibit strong factory geometry, seamlessly transitioning into the polished flanks and the smooth fixed bezel. The snap-on caseback is clearly engraved with the Cronos signature and the J14046 reference number, while the inner caseback displays the stainless steel hallmark and the 960917 serial number. The watch is fitted with a domed acrylic crystal that perfectly complements the vintage aesthetic and remains clear, offering an unobstructed view of the stunning dial beneath. Movement
