Elegant French cartel wall clock by Japy Frères, dating to the late 19th century.
The clock features a richly decorated gilt brass case in rococo style, with finely cast floral and scroll elements. Despite its slightly smaller size, it has a strong decorative presence.
Original enamel dial with Arabic numerals and ornate gilt hands. Two winding holes.
The movement is signed Japy Frères and numbered. It has been cleaned and is in good working order.
Strikes the hours and half-hours on a bell.
Condition:
Very good condition with minor signs of age. Case and dial well preserved.

Key included.
