A lot of 3 North European, most probably German, Bronze Annular Fibulas 14th-15th century A.D. A fine lot of three North European bronze annular brooches, each of circular form with a central opening and attached tapering pin. The examples vary in size and ornament, including one with concentric ring decoration, one with a border of dot motifs, and one engraved with a knight's cross. The brooches are in excavated condition, with age-related surface wear, green and brown patina, encrustation, and minor losses, yet retaining clear and attractive forms. An appealing and authentic group of late medieval dress fittings, ideal for collectors of Northern European antiquities, medieval jewellery, or archaeological bronze artefacts. 6.7 cm, 5.8 cm and 4.5 cm.
