The King Seiko line, produced by Seiko’s Daini factory, represented the brand’s pursuit of high precision and fine finishing during the mechanical golden age. The Calibre 5626 was one of Seiko’s most advanced automatic movements, featuring a hi-beat rate of 28,800 bph, hand-winding, hacking, and quickset day/date.
This 5626-7113 model from January 1974 showcases the refined late-era King Seiko design with its sharp stainless-steel case, sunburst dial, and signed KS crown - a perfect balance of elegance and technical excellence.
