Umbral Dorado N1 is an abstract artwork that explores the silent threshold between darkness and light. The deep black upper plane gradually dissolves into a textured golden surface filled with subtle mineral reliefs, creating the sensation of a horizon emerging through mist, dust or suspended matter.

The work conveys calm, depth and contemplation. Its restrained composition allows the textures and metallic pigments to react intensely to surrounding light, transforming continuously depending on the angle and environment in which the piece is displayed. Although the artwork is composed mainly of black and gold tones, reflections generated by the lighting create softer luminous nuances and changing atmospheric effects across the entire surface.

The contrast between the dark upper space and the luminous textured lower field evokes transformation, silence and contained energy. The golden area appears almost organic, as if illuminated from within, while the darker section absorbs the light and reinforces the sensation of spatial depth.

Created entirely by hand using layered mixed techniques, the piece combines minimalist elegance with strong material presence. Every texture, relief and reflection is unique and impossible to reproduce identically.

Umbral Dorado N1 es una obra abstracta que explora el umbral silencioso entre la oscuridad y la luz. El plano superior negro y profundo se disuelve gradualmente hacia una superficie dorada texturizada llena de relieves minerales sutiles, creando la sensación de un horizonte que emerge entre niebla, polvo o materia suspendida.

La obra transmite calma, profundidad y contemplación. Su composición contenida permite que las texturas y pigmentos metálicos reaccionen intensamente a la luz del entorno, transformándose continuamente según el ángulo y el espacio donde se exponga la pieza. Aunque la obra está compuesta principalmente por tonos negros y dorados, los reflejos producidos por la iluminación generan matices luminosos más suaves y efectos atmosféricos cambiantes sobre toda la superficie.

El contraste entre el espacio oscuro superior y el campo luminoso inferior evoca transformación, silencio y energía contenida. La zona dorada parece casi orgánica, como si estuviera iluminada desde el interior, mientras que la parte oscura absorbe la luz y refuerza la sensación de profundidad espacial.
