Dial and Hands
The dial features a striking vertical brushed silver finish that plays beautifully with the light. It is adorned with an applied Omega logo, the applied Constellation star, and crisp black sans-serif typography denoting its electronic chronometer status. The hour markers are applied faceted steel batons featuring stark black central inserts, which perfectly match the black baton handset and sweeping seconds hand. A date aperture is positioned at three o'clock, framed by a stepped metallic border. Upon close inspection, the central surface of the dial remains exceptionally clean and legible. However, the extreme outer edge of the dial exhibits a distinct, continuous ring of orange and brown oxidation where it meets the inner case rim, providing a very specific, age-consistent framing to the watch face.

Case and Crystal
The tonneau-shaped stainless steel case demonstrates excellent vintage geometry. The upper surfaces feature heavy, factory-style vertical brushing that contrasts sharply with the polished case flanks. The transitions between these brushed and polished surfaces remain crisp, indicating careful preservation over the decades. The winding crown is properly signed with the Omega logo. The screw-down caseback features a circular brushed center and polished outer edge, displaying minor surface scratches and historical tool marks consistent with honest wear and battery changes. The crystal presents clearly above the dial, offering an unobstructed view of the hands and indices.

Movement
Powering this Constellation is the Omega caliber 1250 tuning fork movement, a marvel of 1970s electro-mechanical engineering. The movement plates are finished in a rich copper tone with fine ribbed detailing. A close inspection of the caliber reveals crisp engravings, including the Omega branding, the caliber number 1250, the serial number 34622673, and markings indicating twelve jewels and unadjusted status. The iconic tuning fork coils are fully visible, alongside the stamp noting the technology is licensed by Bulova. The movement is currently fitted with a Maxell LR1130 battery.

Strap
The watch is fitted with a black textured leather strap featuring a stylized reptilian pattern. The strap is detailed with contrasting white perimeter stitching, which visually complements the black hands and indices of the dial, securing comfortably to the wrist.

Condition
This timepiece is in good vintage condition. The stainless steel case is a highlight, retaining sharp lines, distinct chamfers, and strong original finishing techniques with only normal handling marks. The dial shows a clear duality in its condition, possessing a highly preserved central area bordered by visible perimeter oxidation and rust-toned patina along the absolute edge. The movement presents very cleanly, retaining its bright copper-toned plating and clear factory engravings.
