Get your hands on this serviced vintage Seiko 5 6119-6010 automatic watch from April 1968, featuring a silver crosshair sunburst dial, stainless steel case, original polished plexiglass crystal, new black leather strap and 3-month functionality guarantee.
Model History:
The Seiko 5 6119-6010 is a refined late-1960s example from Seiko’s famous automatic everyday watch family. The Seiko 5 concept became one of the brand’s most important product lines, combining automatic winding, a day-date display, practical case construction and reliable mechanical engineering in an accessible wristwatch.
This reference is powered by the Seiko 6119 automatic calibre, part of Seiko’s widely used 61-series family. The 6119 was fitted to many Seiko 5 models during the late 1960s and 1970s and is appreciated for its robust construction and practical day-date layout. Depending on the movement version, the 6119 offers quick date adjustment and a semi-quickset day function, making it more convenient than many earlier Seiko automatic calibres.
This 6119-6010 stands out with its clean silver crosshair sunburst dial, minimalist applied markers and elegant case shape. Produced in April 1968, it captures the transitional design language of Seiko’s late-1960s dress-oriented automatic watches.
