Description: We are pleased to offer for auction a distinctive and highly collectible vintage Lip Explorer / Indiana Compass wristwatch from the late 1990s / early 2000s. This model is famous for its ingenious hunter-style hinged case. By lifting the main watch module, it reveals a fully functional integrated fluid-filled compass built into the base. The robust case design with a rotatable outer bezel offers a unique tactical and adventurous look.

Condition Report:
Case & Bezel: Good vintage condition, showing authentic signs of wear. There are visible surface hairline scratches and minor scuffs on the stainless steel finish, particularly on the bezel surfaces, side profile, and the outer edges of the case/lugs. The black enamel fillings on the bezel numbers and indices remain mostly intact and clear.
Hinged Mechanism & Compass: The flip-open hinge mechanism works smoothly and opens fully to a stable position. It locks correctly and securely when closed. The internal compass glass, fluid, and graduation markings are in excellent, clean condition.
Dial & Hands: The cream/ivory dial is in pristine condition with no signs of discoloration, fading, or moisture damage. The hands and Arabic numerals are crisp and perfectly legible.
Crystal: The glass/crystal is clean with no major deep scratches or cracks, preserving excellent visibility.
Strap: Excellent, brand new and unworn condition. Please note that this is a high-quality aftermarket replacement strap and not the original one.
Working Condition: Running, new battery.
