A must-see for Studio Ghibli fans!
This is a highly valuable art poster created based on the architectural blueprints of the Ghibli Museum, Mitaka, which were developed from Director Hayao Miyazaki's original concept.
The watercolor-style cross-section illustration of the museum’s interior meticulously captures signature Ghibli details, such as the Robot Soldier, the Catbus-themed restroom, and Satsuki and Mei’s house. Every detail is fascinating to behold, including the "Mini-Theater (Saturn Theater)" depicted at the bottom.
The date "July 23, 1999" is marked in the bottom right corner, making this a rare visual piece based on the original blueprints. It also bears Director Hayao Miyazaki's signature, making it a highly prized item for collectors.
As shown in the photos, it is an impressive size that makes for a stunning interior display when framed. It is a rare item that is difficult to obtain even within Japan, and we highly recommend it to Ghibli fans overseas.
